We learned a lesson here in that we tried to leave the last delivery dates late to help customers. Even though we upgraded all the parcels in December to a Next Day service. Unfortunately a number of parcels did not achieve their target delivery date. We appologise to those customers who ere affected by this and we will sort something out for you on your next order.
